playLGA Admin User instructions:

• • Send players to playLGA.org
• • They will need to select the state and club they wish to request to join. Submit request.
  
• • All admins will receive a email that a player has requested to join your LGA.
• • In the email there will be a link you can click (Click the click to view request) and it will take you to the edit player page.
• • If player will be admin change access from 0 to 1 and update
• • At bottom under club assignment click the notepad and pencil to approve request
• • Change club access status to 1 for active
• • Player will now show under Clubs->LGA club->Active players
• • When player logs in it will come up to the home page and show them any rounds that are registering for the club they are a member of.

ROUNDS menu button

• • Go to Rounds,select the club you want to create round for.
• • Select Add Round
Put in
• • Round Name (ex. Thirsty Thursday 5:30)
• • Select Round Date
• • Select 9 or 18 holes ( how many holes will be playing)
• • Select players per team(ex. 1,2,3,4 etc…)
• • Select teams per hole (ex. 2 would make it 2 teams per hole)
• • Select Start side front of back
• • Enter Round Buyin (ex. 10 for $10 Pcc is $10 to play)
• • Enter Round Places Paid (ex. 1st, 2nd, 3rd would be 3)
• • If there will be a skins game check Skin Game
• • Enter Skin buyin (ex. 10 for $10)
• • Click Add Round
• • If you need to edit a round each round will be listed under the Rounds menu button.
• • 0=Registering 1=Active 2=Registration Ended 3=Drawing 99=Complete
• • The home page will list all upcoming rounds you created by date descending.
• • The next round in line will be open in dropdown.
• • Header will show round date, name, $pot size and number of players registered.
• • You can see all players registered,
• • First Column of buttons are if players registered have paid.
• • Second Column is if you want to exclude from the draw to match up or put where it would be even or if there are odd numbers and then you can place on the appropriate team.
• • Third Column is if they have paid their skins money.
• • If you want to remove a player click the trash can beside their name.
• • If a player brings a guest you will click Add Guest Player
• • If guest has played before select from the drop down box at the bottom
• • If not you can add email, firstname and lastname
• • At the bottom when it is time to start you will click End Registration

CLUBS menu button

• • For the admin it will list each club you are a admin of.
• • You can click the notepad to edit club information.
• • Under each club it will list all
• • Active Players
• • Players Requesting Access to club
• • Guest Players
• • Inactive Players
• • You can click on the notepad beside each players name and edit player information.
vYou can see what club player is assigned to on the edit page.
• • Click the notepad to edit players club assignment
• • Club access status
• • 0=inactive , 1=Active , 3=Guest , 99=requested
• • Club Admin
• • 0=Regular User 1=Club Admin

CHAT menu button

• • Allows all members of the club to chat with each other.

MY ROUNDS menu button

• • List of every round you have played on the site.
• • You can click the round to see the score. You can only edit hole scores if the round status is set to 1.

WATCH menu button

• • Anyone can go to watch and watch a match in progress. They can’t change the scores it is readonly.
